At the time of booking, Soggiorno Antica Torre will collect the full amount of your stay on the credit card as a guarantee and this amount will not be refundable and returned.

Cancellation policies

Advance Payment, "Non-Refundable": 

Special Rate "Non-Refundable" The full amount will be charged when making a reservation on the credit card or by bank transfer. The full amount is non-refundable in any case and will not be refunded in case of cancellation. 

You will not be able to cancel or modify the reservation. 

In the case of no show, no amount will be refunded from the amount charged in advance on the credit card.
