Cancellation policies

- Penalty 0% of the total price of the reservation for cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in; 

- Penalty of 50% from 6 days to the day before check-in in case of complete cancellation of booking or when booking discount for each night canceled. With regard to the postponement of the reservation, the 50% penalty will be applied on the total amount; 

- Penalty of 100% of the total booking price in case of no-show or chat on the day of check-in the cancellation of the entire stay or reduction in the number of nights. With regard to the postponement of the reservation, the 100% penalty will be applied on the total booking.
